Returns & Exchanges

 

Online Orders

You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Eligible items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Free from odors, stains, or damage

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


In-Store Purchases

All in-store sales are final.
If you receive a defective item, please contact the store within 3 days of purchase.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@levelsfashion.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Product Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at info@levelsfashion.com.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service:
    Email our team at info@levelsfashion.com within 7 days of your delivery date. Include your order number, the item you’d like to exchange, and details about the replacement you need (such as the new size or color).
  2. Wait for Confirmation:
    Our team will confirm availability of your requested replacement and provide instructions for returning your original item.
  3. Return the Original Item:
    Carefully package the item in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Ship it to:

    Once your returned item arrives, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria:
    • Original, unworn condition
    • All original tags attached
    • Original packaging included
    • Free from odors, stains, or damage

Only items that meet these standards are eligible for exchange.

 

  1. Receive Your Replacement:
    If your return is approved, we’ll process your exchange and ship your replacement item as quickly as possible. We’ll email you tracking details once your new item is on the way.
    If the original item does not meet our return standards, we’ll notify you and return the item to you.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipping to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return, no questions asked.
Standard return conditions apply:

  • Items must be in original, unworn/unused condition
  • With tags attached and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial by email.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Bank processing times may vary.
